  Have been attending this lovely practice for three years and always found the doctor to be caring and through..today this is not the case and I am very cross with lack of care. The doctor today did not examine me, although I have loin pain, took no vital signs, didn't bother to collect any sort of medical history, did not follow up on previous tests I had three days ago and essentially dismissed me. I am very disappointed by this service as I always regarded this practice as better than this. today Dr Poppy has not helped me.

  I have been a patient of this practice for many years now and have always found the staff and doctors to be genuinely caring and professional. They seem to do their best to keep to appointment times although waiting could be less tiresome if there was a better selection of reading material. Getting an appointment can often be a bit of an issue but I suppose that just means that others like them too.
